This project is basically leading tech-driven and solution-oriented debt recovery platform. In this portal agent can communicate with customers via call, SMS, IVR and Whatsapp

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked as a Technical Lead and Primary developer and involved in requirement gathering with team
• Designing architecture and Database
• Writes, tests, and maintains code following best practices and coding standards.
• Works closely with other developers, designers, and testers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
